I don't know his name, he was bald. He was very unprofessional and rude. I had just separated from the US military went straight to Wilmington NC to see my girlfriend, I stopped by this shop because I had a problem on my car, I got messed up with the price he told me he then flipped out on me and told me to go somewhere else. I could swear this is true because I got used to people talking to me like that in the military I didn't say much to him. Now I am working at a retail chain store I know this was very unprofessional and there was just me and him at the time plus I am a foreign person. He was very prejudice.

Mike's approach is truly integrity-first. He was highly accommodating as we took multiple cars in for inspection until we found the right one. His knowledge is incredible—he's an old-school pro who catches serious problems that computer diagnostics often miss. He saved us from buying several lemons!
